Just had a meeting with the owner, the CEO, and the head of sales for one of my suppliers (£150m annual revenue). Turns out, they supply my other suppliers and most brick and mortar stores in my niche. This is the top of the food chain! The owner likes me and said he sees a younger him in me, and wants to work to grow my business like I’ve never seen before. He may have also dropped some INSANE game on how to be the most competitive on Amazon, which NO GURU EVER has ever taught (I HIGHLY doubt they even know themselves!). Will be trying to implement what he’s told me/suggested for hyper-competitiveness on Amazon, and if this works then I’ve got the keys to becoming #1 seller on Amazon. Feels unlikely, but I’m going to give it a go! Super excited from today’s meeting. Now to get to work and results to follow. Watch this space. 🚀 👀

With prime day just around the corner we're making sure our operations are spot on. Prime day 2024, we were only 6 weeks old and had ~10 clients. We've scaled 6x since then and we've got everything in place to deliver an A* service for our valued clients!

Pretty poor Q2 all things considered. Had a solid April, but May and June were shite. Battered with IPs all May and June which was ruining my chances of getting the buy box. But we move, and we look forward to Q4 - 3 months away 😍😍
