CONGRATS to Emmy Wilhelm on being named CHL Female Runner of the Year! Emmy was league champ in the 300m hurdles and the 200 m dash! Also runner up in the 100m hurdles and ran in the 4x4. Great job Emmy! @TaylorYJAD
