@jmncrystal Most concerts in the UK have standing on the floor. I’ve been to Coldplay quite a few times and the floor is always standing. It’s first come for queuing. No random numbering etc and I’ve managed to be barrier all the time. I opted for seating for BTS due to random numbering etc

@qwertybts @mimitoof Had this last year with Jin as bought a VIP soundcheck for daughter. I contacted TM, O2 and was given so much conflicting info on if the ticket and benefits were transferable. On the day there was no issues and when she checked in her name was on the list for VIP.
