Here are some clips of my first powerlifting meet this weekend. Placed 1st in broad jump (9’0), 2nd in vertical (32.8), and 2nd in 20yd dash (2.85). Also broke some Pr’s with a 315 squat and 225 bench at 160bw @Coach_DKohler @_pcpirates

First ever powerlifting meet placing top 3 in each of the 6 events. Thank you @NKCFootball for hosting. Squat(405) 1st place, Bench(245) 1st place, Vertical (33.5) 1st place, Power Clean(225) 3rd place, Broad Jump(8’11) 3rd Place, and 20 meter(2.86) 3rd Place.
