@KimoraTvR_XIV We didn't feed our prange. Both our melee's had either tome or savage weapon and I had savage weapon as well by the end of week 1, so we gave prange weapon week 2. As for augments we prioed melee week 1 then prioed people who needed more than 2 week 2 onward into freeroll.

@JacklynXIV As someone who is friends with bread. I approve of this toxicity because why would you FEED YOUR PRANGE!! I was raiding my group always fed melees (depending on the fight) not sure how this fight is but if this is anything you need need more DPS… FEED MELEES ALWAYS WEEK 1-2!!!!!

@FubuGMB You delay so you can pot the 6 minute instead of the 5 and get 3 buff windows with pot

If delaying buffs for pot at the end is the goal, its better to send the second pot during 1 mins at meteors. Then you dont need to delay buffs at the end and pot will be ready b4 last 2mins.
Bard quitting the group over that is crazy tho too many people care about logs its sad.

@JacklynXIV Why would u give the phys range all the items? Wouldn't any of ur other DPS be a better choice?

@gorgomanteia It allows you to pot on 0/6/10:30 which gives you 3 two minute burst windows under pot instead of having to do 0/5/10:00 and potting a 1 minute

@KTayuun28719 We just want to make sure boss dies and aren't focusing on parsing during reclears. Doesn't hurt to have extra leeway and our reclears maybe go a pull faster. We look at changing once there's almost 0% chance of an enrage even if it's messy.

@JacklynXIV What he did is so disrespectful but I’m curious why did the prange get gear and weapon and not melee or caster? Or was he already bitching there as well?

@azrielkiba Didn't say other's weren't geared, just that we had given them their bis including prio for augments. We're holding because it leaves more leeway for deaths and there's no reason not to. He was given basically all his gear and then left. We did rep him, I just posted it as well.

what is it with gear fed DPS dipping and ghosting statics this tier? I’ve heard of 5 different statics where it happened and they all either ghosted or left for dumb reasons such as this or over gear. nobody gaf about a week 3 pink parse!!

@SenbonzakuraXIV Sure if you're trying to parse that's different, but yeah in reclears theres no reason to not just hold until you hit a point where you kill even with a ton of deaths

@JacklynXIV Right, but you eventually lose a pot usage for no reason depending on that, so if you just wanna reclear then who cares, but if you're trying to parse a lil bit ( idk if your group are trying to perf or not ) then it's eventually a problem that you will face

@JacklynXIV LOL i found something from when he left and wrote an essay going off on someone. To be fair said player had so many w1 going back to hw but couldn't do lightweight tier, mechanically and healing.

@SenbonzakuraXIV If you get a clean run then the boss dies anyways, if you have a not clean run you have extra leeway because you're delaying.

@JacklynXIV Not cool at all but to be fair, people gonna have to forget this idea of delaying buff on this turn at some point cause with more gear and clean run, the boss will die during second tower so you'll have to go back to pot opener / 5 / 10

@tenkayshijou @Liangyyu Week 1 we fed melee, I got RDM weapon drop so I went to back of prio, other melee had tome weapon. Then we let people who needed 3 augments roll on augments first and he got both.

@KihraArilith I don't pf so I can't really talk on that front, but I will say outside of the whole checking thing I do think having prog point on profiles is a cool feature as it lets me easily check out friend's prog and how its going. I can and do use activity but its nice to have it easier.

Debating whether to remove the prog point from the Tomestone character cards.
If the prog point disappeared from the main cards, you'd be forced to go into activity and actually look at the player's prog chart and pulls.
One of two things would happen then. Either players would be too lazy to do this (and the prog point would be used less to gatekeep), or they'd take more time and drill into what the player did pull to pull, or at the very least look at how many times they reached a mechanic etc.
