Tunneling isn't inherently wrong, but it's the context that comes along with it that it becomes personal.
Calling people out by username, live, saying "Nice, ______ is dead, fuck you". That's an attack on the person, not character.

Considering everything that's coming to light currently about a certain streamer and their lack of interest in the recent Tourney's uplifting of Femmes - seeing them partake when I've had this experience with them as a femme streamer was disheartening

i've also watched vods back before where streamers are hostile to me and it is quite disheartening so I understand disliking it

@Jackn14_same @StrakerPlays I never said he targeted me, he targeted someone in my swf - from 5 gens he tunneled her out, called her a bitch and by username said "fuck you" to her. She was a new player. What was she meant to think watching that back? That it was "just the character" he was talking to??

@Vanoradarkwolf @poempkinttv personally, i don't see how its targetted at poempkin (the person) rather than the character poempkin is playing. All generators are completed in this clip so it's fair to assume he didn't randomly act angry for no reason

@StrakerPlays @poempkinttv being a streamer, lac should definately be careful to not target the person behind the player because his audience might do or say shitty things to them as a result, but here I don't see the insults being targgetted towards poempkin, just the character in game

@StrakerPlays @poempkinttv acting angry in a video game is not a new thing, a lot of people have gotten angry and yelled insults at their monitor before towards whatever playercharacter got to them. Do you think everyone should be held accuntable for that?

@Vanoradarkwolf @poempkinttv whatever is said in the game stays in the game imo. Unless Lac directly calls out the person behind the character as he makes the comments/insults, it's acceptable imo - since the main drive for it is engagement
