Hi @BristolCouncil why are you charging for replacement recycling bins when the staff at @BristolWaste just chuck the bins around during collection and damage it? Surely this will promote reduction in recycling as black bins will be used instead.

@BristolCouncil @BristolWaste I've received a reply and looks like the £2.50 is a delivery charge. "If you have damaged containers and do not wish to pay the £2.50 per item delivery charge, you can exchange damaged containers by visiting one of our recycling centres free of charge."

This is from collections in the last month. Only has plastics in so not been broken from weight of contents. @BristolCouncil Please can this be replaced FOC as taxpayers should not be paying due to neglect from @BristolWaste staff
