Have been working hard in the weight room, I was able to get 370 on front squat for my one rep max!!

Max week in the weight room hitting 235 on hag clean 32.5 vert an 8’9 broad jump with an after school paired workout hitting 405 for 12 on quarter squats!! 💪 💪
