#Royals manager Matt Quatraro said Stephen Kolek is subject to the 15-day minimum to return to the big leagues after his option to Triple-A Omaha this morning — despite the rosters expanding on Sept. 1. So he will not be the pitcher coming up before Tuesday, barring any injury.
