$ONDS Investors have been saying that every day since it hit $14 last month, and we just continue to drop.. seriously anyone have any idea what the bottom is??
Ellis@EllisKryla

#rcat chart and $onds chart. Both beat down as drones are nearing oversold. The time will come that you wish you bought some shares at this price.

@SeekTheAlpha Because the price of acquisition already priced in all these positive factors. Good company is not sold at a cheap price. Without extra extremely good news, the stock price will just go down.

It’s kinda weird how we forget $ONDS just acquired one of the most interesting potential counters to Shahed drones. IonStrike is low cost, radar agnostic and currently being tested by the U.S. Army in Europe. IR seeker, proximity warhead and plugs into FAAD/IBCS-M. Could be a big deal. I'm so lost on how the market is valuing Ondas here but it seems to me we wouldn't make an acquisition like this without knowing more on IonStrike than what's currently publicly available.

@Gubloinvestor 😂 Do people actually believe this nonsense? This is a clear setup. ONDS is valued over $4.50 if they closed up shop and liquidated everything tomorrow. Good idea to understand how funds hedge against warrant premium loss, which is what's happening. Delta neutral hedge. Learn.

$ONDS short interest is now whopping 37% It was 34% yesterday.. up 9% in a day. Be careful friends, 37% is no joke. High short float creates 2 scenarios in most cases. (1) Price goes lower (2) Flat price actions for long time. No matter how strong of the fundamentals it has but when market punishes the stock, your fundamentals are no longer workable. we have been seeing that with $Zeta since past 1.5 years. Strong company, solid growth and good fundamentals but stock price is detached from the reality. Be cautious $ONDS friends..

@MarketObeysMe @BMSInvests As people always say, we are still too early. Means it’s on progress, it will go to $20 but you may need to wait until 2030. 😂 For short term, price is still going down to $5.5-6.5😎

@bodoxstocks You are still giving the false hope to others. Procurements and tenders are everywhere. It’s just normal for DZYNE which already had positive earnings. Nothing special at all. The main point is how many orders they secured. Why don’t you post only orders instead of tenders.

$ONDS IS JAPAN FAST-TRACKING DZYNE’S IONSTRIKE TOWARD PROCUREMENT? 🇯🇵👀 Japan is moving incredibly fast. 38 companies submitted proposals. after the initial screening, only one platform per category advanced to the live demonstration phase. for the 400+ km/h high-speed interceptor category (Type 4), that platform is DZYNE’s IonStrike. ATLA already required bidders to submit pricing, production capacity, logistics and delivery plans for procurement scenarios of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 systems. that’s well beyond a typical technology evaluation. ✔️ Proposal period: June 30 – July 6 ✔️ Final selections: July 15 ✔️ Demonstration trials: late July / early August ✔️ Potential procurement decision: late August ✔️ Target delivery: around September 2026 Japan is trying to compress the entire process from evaluation to procurement into roughly three months. no contract has been awarded yet, and no procurement value has been disclosed.

@teaze_r @YoYInvestor Don’t you still understand when the NQ or S&P has a small drop while ONDS has a big drop? This is a price action fact showing ONDS is weak. And NQ S&P are so sensitive because they are at the record high level. Any neutral or bad market news can also kill all the weak stocks.

@YoYInvestor @teaze_r Bad emotion can’t help. $5.5-6.6 is the bottom technically. Try not to hear too much news from the market. Look at the stock price which is the whole market action. For long term i still think ONDS is a good stock. For short term, you can’t see any instant catalyst.

@accurry0703 @YoYInvestor System of system was launched 2 months ago. It takes time to get new contract because it’s just a software without enough operational hours. That’s why the bearish can drive the price down. I think it takes at least half year to convince the client or government.

@YoYInvestor But How much did they win by their concepts of system of system ? Their platform not win a contract by far they don’t have best tech don’t have experience as an big investor I truly worry(of course the price is a problem) but I truly don’t have a lot of faith by far

@teaze_r @BMSInvests We need to face the fact, drone and defense platform is an easy industry. In 2025 you acquired a good company but the technology can be getting old or useless in 2027… it’s a new concern to investors. The only selling point of Onds is system or system. But if it fails…

@BMSInvests Ondas only announced LADOS in June, and the tender was awarded this week. The IDF was already using Kela and eyesAtop for command and control functions, and the Ministry of Defense generally favors fully Israeli companies for operational autonomy systems.

@BMSInvests Don’t worry, they will dilute another 200M shares to buy these two companies for their contracts since they can’t win any on their own.

Recently, I’ve been mislabeled as a “cheerleader” for $ONDS. I have my concerns, as everyone does, and I’ve publicly stated these concerns in the past. No business is bulletproof. That being said, here are my 3 main concerns for $ONDS as a business - not the stock: 1) Integration As someone who previously worked in IT, I understand how difficult it is when integrated or new systems don’t talk to each other - and how difficult it is to rectify or setup. When you bring 18 companies under one umbrella, most with their own C2 platforms, RC devices, procurement platforms etc. etc. it becomes a major challenge. $PLTR’s AIP & Foundry has been contracted to integrate these companies more efficiently and in a reduced timeframe (weeks rather than months). I think a major part of what we’re seeing with the stock price is down to waiting to see if all of these companies, staff, products etc. can all work together under one domain. That’s more than fair. 2) Synergy Off the back of the integration, it’s also finding these synergies across the company now. As someone who also used to work in B2B sales with in-house manufacturing, I know how awful it can be when orders fall behind schedule and lead times start to dwindle. If a customer orders a RoboTeam UGV, a Talon DT300 and an Iron Drone system, how difficult will it be for Airobotics, RoboTeam + Rotron to work together from Israel/UK to meet lead times? If there’s a delay in one area, it delays the whole order. It’s a common issue but it’s amplified by the scope of companies and their geographical locations, it can quickly become a headache. Again, $PLTR’s AIP will support this and they hired Efrat Lazry from Rafael who’s one of the best in the business - but, again, the market is waiting to see how this all works together. 3) Manufacturing Very similar but slightly different to the above, manufacturing capabilities. $ONDS have massively expanded their manufacturing capabilities to meet demand, whether that be by partnership or acquisition. But again, they’re spread across Israel, UK, Germany, US - and a large majority of this is outsourced. If we receive a large tender for thousands of drones, CUAS equipment etc. in the US for example, and it has to be manufactured in the US, how would that work? Do we rely on Mistral, DMS, American Robotics, DZYNE to meet the demand? Can we manufacture everything that we need to meet demand essentially. —————————————— I’m not a puppet or a mouthpiece for $ONDS. I do have my concerns. The difference is that I trust @CeoOndas and the senior leadership team to address these concerns in the mid-long term. I don’t have to be on here every day repeating the same concerns, as it doesn’t change anything. $ONDS is a future leader, and I plan on being along for the ride👊🏻
