National Championships... See you in June. My goal has been to win a medal at the national championships. I set that goal 8 years ago. Not to post a total, not to go, but to win a medal. I'm not here for a participation trophy. I'm here to punch professionals in the face.

On a bright side note, I am 111.3 KG, and I need to be 110 kg for competition. I feel fantastic and I'm in the best shape of my lifting career and I am excited to get back on the platform. I am just laughing at things now. Nothing is going to bug me.

Lol I'm in great spirits but this trip has been crazy! So the first hotel I was in for about an hour, I left because it should be condemned by the health department. (Massive leaks in the ceilings, Bugs, holes in the wall, horrible smells, etc) I get into my second hotel at 130am

7 months since I was on the competition stage, 7 months of doubt, frustration, pain, self-destructive actions... Joy, triumphs, and appreciation. No matter what happens this weekend, I got back up. 7 months ago, I couldn't lift a bar above my head.
