Underrated topic and one that is painful for me right now
Trying to grow (albeit at a much much smaller scale) while trying to reinvest cash, keep low debt, and still take a paycheck for your family is way more difficult than I imagined.
Any helpful hints?

5 years ago, we had a $7 million net profit year… but negative cash flow. How? We bought: 60 trucks + truck stock (inventory) $2.5 million of facility improvements / capex Cash flow? -$50,000 Growth isn’t cheap. It eats cash. This is a painful “cash flow” reality in a growing business, and requires financial discipline combined with a commitment to reinvest if you want to avoid debt.
