@fakehistoryhunt @JameseCoop @twlldun I searched on google, is it fried fish? Sounds good. I also usually eat mayo with sogliole alla mugnaia, the italian version of sole à la meunière, floured fried sole. Mayo is the sauce god intended to be served with fried potatoes and fish
