49'1" shot put. New PR by over two feet. 2nd place at the meet. Very humbled to be ranked #1 in WI as a freshman. The consistency in the weight room is showing up on the track.

Been thinking a lot about how shot put carries over to football. If my feet are off, the throw is off. If my hips are late, the throw is off. If my hands are out of position, the throw is off. Same thing in the trenches. Trying to get better at the small stuff every day.

One of the biggest things I took from IMG was how much small technique details change a rep. Talking ball with IMG defensive line coach Ernie Logan drove that home. Hand placement, body position, finish. I’m still carrying that standard into every workout.

First high school meet ever. I'm 15. 46'9.25" — new school freshman record. #1 freshman in Wisconsin. Pewaukee shot put has some history. Pretty cool to be part of it now. 3 of 6 over 46 feet. Long way to go but today was a good day.

Grateful for the NCSA platform and the coaches who've taken time to view our profiles. Had a conversation with a D2 OL coach this week who broke down what he looks for in film — hand placement on the first punch and hip sink on pass sets. That 5-minute conversation taught me more than a month of solo film study. If you're in the Class of 2029, reach out to coaches. They want to teach. #ClassOf2029 #NCSA #OffensiveLine

Honest check-in. 6 months into the recruiting journey. What's working: - Training is the best it's ever been - Film study is becoming a habit, not a chore - Met some great people in the Class of 2029 What I'm still figuring out: - How to balance school, training, and rest - How to put myself out there without it feeling like bragging - How to be patient when the process feels slow Not where I want to be yet. But not where I started either. Grateful for everyone following along. The best is still ahead.

Question for any OL coaches on here. When you're teaching a young lineman to anchor against a bull rush, do you start with the hips or the hands? I've been taught hands first — strike, then sink the hips. But I watched some college film this week where guys were dropping hips before the punch even landed. Trying to figure out which approach works better for a bigger body type. Any input is welcome. I'm a student of this position. #OffensiveLine #OLTechnique
