@AmericanAir How? Just how have you gotten so bad? We’re on AA679 and we were waiting on “paperwork” from maintenance. Lo and behold, our Captain is now “timed out.” So, we’re waiting on another Captain. Already over an hour delayed. How’re you going to make this one right?
