As I try to COPE with no Pens playoff series wins in eight years, I think about how this core group won 8 of 10 playoff series out of the gate. That was ahead of schedule and not normal. So, maybe it just evened out in the end.

I know that people are obviously going to shit on me for this but in my honest opinion, I am not bringing Malkin back next year. I get it will be sad yada yada but did you see his legs the entire playoff series? I am all for a younger second line and different look on PP. Sorry

The power play is what ultimately lost the series. Dreadful showing by that group. Probably cost them Game 2. Needed a goal in Game 6. Just never a threat in those games.
