Unfortunately, many artists suffer from the fear of failure, and enter a loop where they seek validation and dopamine by looking at the performance of their posts on social media - using that as the only yardstick for their value. When posts go wrong (because it can always happen) here they become sad and depressed, starting a cycle of self-saboting thoughts that will almost always end in a "I have to draw something better, that does better numbers, so I'll feel better" and here the loop continues. The solution? Therapy, developing hobbies, socializing, and above all looking for something else besides drawing that makes them feel worthy and valid.

You're afraid of failing at drawing? Come on dude, this is not middle school, nobody's gonna care or mock you if your art is "bad". What exactly does "failure" mean anyways? When you achieve something one day, the steps you climbed on the ladder will be your failures.
