@sarakayharms @perfectlyfine89 No. An interloping of a song is using a piece of that song in your track but that part is newly recorded and not a sample from the og song. If she’s doing this she has to legally credit him as a co-writer otherwise the portion she uses of his song is copyright infringement.

And it was leaked awhile ago that George Michael was listed as a co-writer on Taylor’s track of the same name. Since he passed many thought she may have sampled it.
