@Englishomestead I now have a few forgotten bulbs dotted around the place and love using the greens in salads, omelettes, stews, garnish and so on, same with onions.

Just noticing. And taking immense joy in the detail as time stood still whilst I disappeared into that other world. That other world that is right there, right in front of you, all you need do is find the door and let your senses loose.

One of the nicest things about being away at this time of year is coming home and seeing the explosion of colour and life in the woodlands and groves

From yesterday's beautifully tended gardens, to an ancient woodland of the sacred yew of the Druids. The contrast couldn't have been greater, nor the depth of my reverence for this symbolic tree of death and rebirth #forestbathingguideintraining

Day 2 and beginning to feel I'm on the home straight now; after a year of study and practice finally bringing all the pieces together into one magical whole and feeling a deep gratitude for this path that I have found #forestbathingguideintraining

Sometimes, often, the hardest part about going out in the rain is the going out. Once out, splashing in puddles and sloshing in mud, the heart lifts, the spirit lightens and, before you realise it, you're singing along with the rain drops and the trees.
