@deeaunty @PassportIRL I got through on the chat but they were no help. My estimated date was 11/04, they've had the application for 3 months but they couldn't tell me anything.

@PassportIRL I’ve been trying to get through for days, keep getting message that it’s busy. Webchat unavailable too. Passport est date 20/04/22. At processing stage for weeks, need it asap as due to fly from Australia in a few weeks. PLEASE HELP
