@CaulfeildSchool kicked off it's Whole-School Inquiry exploring the question, "How can we use our leadership skills to build an inclusive school community?" Multi-age groups collaborated, drawing scenes of randomly picked elements, like 'bunnies and butterflies surfing on Mars.'

I was concerned about a group of kids who spent the entire time building a lean-to. One big stray branch propped up against a tree. Lots of smaller branches leaning against that branch made the roof. But when they explained how support can work… #genius #SEL #westvaned
