As part of our ‘share mornings’, reception loved performing the songs that they have learnt in music with Mrs Ellis this year to their parents. They also had lots of fun teaching their parents about wild and domestic animals too. 🐱 🦁 🐶 🦒

Reception class are really enjoying the book “Little Red.” The Belch Inn is a perfect place to have a glass of ginger beer. After tasting the drink, the children described it so well. They even used their phonic knowledge to write the adjectives. @literacytree

Reception class have been learning lots about farm animals and their young in our topic sessions. The children have worked hard to create some observational drawings. They added details to make some fantastic and realistic animals! 🐎 🐖

It was a sad day for Benjies as we said goodbye to Mrs Bembridge today. She’s been part of the school for 17 years and she will be missed. Wishing her all the best in the future.

EYFS have had the best day celebrating Chinese New Year. We made decorations, tasted Chinese food and paraded our dragon around school! It has been so exciting learning all about such a wonderful celebration! 😊
