Sometimes I invite my team to film a self tape for fun homework. I asked beautiful #jadeoneill to film two versions of A Beautiful Day: 1 with & 1 without makeup & 2 make me believe her in both. And she did. I was close to tears with her realness. I have such a strong team! Gx
