للاسف التحليل خاطئ جملة وتفصيلا وواااا أسفاه على المحللين الاقتصاديين العرب. الشرح بالأرقام ١- كمية الذهب الموجودة في العالم فوق سطح الارض هي ١٨٠ الف طن أونصة الذهب سعرها ٣٣٠٠ دولار ووزنها ٣١،١٠٣ جرام بعملية حسابية بسيطة القيمة الدولارية للذهب الموجود فوق سطح الارض ، بحسب سعر اليوم هي: ١٩ ترليون دولار حجم النقد الاساسي المطبوع من الاحتياطي الفدرالي الأمريكية هو ٦ ترليون دولار (بعد سياسة الانكماش اخر ٣ سنين) يعني لا يوجد دولار كفاية اذا اردنا ان نبيع كل الذهب دفعة واحدة علما ان المقارنة الحقيقية يجب ان تتم بين حجم الذهب ، وبين حجم الدين السيادي الامريكي بما أن الاثنان يشتركان في ميزة حفظ القيمة عبر الزمن نجد ان حجم الدين السيادي عند ٣٦ ترليون دولار يعادل تقريبا ضعف حجم الذهب وهذا بالضبط هو سبب ارتفاع اسعار الذهب مؤخرا النقطة المهمة التي اخطأ في حسابها الأخ في الفيديو هي مقارنة سعر الذهب مع حجم ال GDP العالمي لأن مؤشر GDP اصلا يرمز الى عدد العمليات التجارية في النظام المالي مضروبة في قيمتها اي عندما نقول ال GDP العالمي ١١٠ ترليون دولار هذا يعني ان كمية العمليات التجارية وصفقات البيع والشراء التي تمت في عام ٢٠٢٤ في كل العالم بلغت ١١٠ ترليون دولار وهي تشمل كل شيء السيارات ، مواد البناء، المواد الغذائية، السياحة والسفر والترفيه ، وكل شيء لا يمكن مقارنة سعر الذهب مع ال GDP العالمي لأن حتى لو نظرنا للنظام المالي في عصر الدولة العثمانية مثلا حين كان النقد هو ليرات ذهبية نفس الليرة الذهبية ممكن ان تنتقل من يد الى يد اكثر من عشر مرات في العام الواحد محققة بذلك GDP يعادل عشرة اضعاف حجم الذهب المتوفر في النهاية المقارنة الفعلية الحقيقية الصادقة لاسعار الذهب في محاولة لتقييم سعر الذهب الحقيقية او المستقبلي في السوق يمكن النظر اليها من ثلاث محاور المحور الأول ::: Supply to Stock Ratio ندرة الكميات كمية الذهب المستخرج من باطن الارض سنويا تقريبا ٣٠٠٠ طن اي تعادل تضخم بمعدل ١،٥٪؜ في الكميات ، وهي نسبة ضئيلة جدا مقارنة بالازدياد التصاعدي على الطلب المحور الثاني Velocity معدل حركة الذهب في السوق كميات الذهب التي يتم بيعها وشرائها سنويا مقارنة مع كميات الذهب النائم المخزن منذ عشرات السنين بدون اي حركة وهي تقريبا في حدود ٥٠٠٠ الاف طن سنويا وتعادل ٢،٧٪؜ من حجم الذهب الكلي وهي نسبة ضئيلة جدا جدا المحور الثالث مقارنة الذهب مع الدولار ولكن بطريقة علمية مش عشوائية الذهب هو أصل يستخدم لحفظ القيمة عبر الزمن مكانه الطبيعي في خزائن البنوك المركزية بالنظر الى القوائم المالية لكل البنوك المركزية في العالم الغربي سنجد ان السندات السيادية الامريكية غالبا تحتل المرتبة الاولى او الثانية على دفاتر هذه البنوك (مثلا جزيرة كايمان ايلاند التي يقطنها ٧٣ الف نسمة فقط لاغير، يوجد على دفاتر بنكها المركزي سندات سيادية امريكية بمقدار ٢٤٠ مليار دولار تستخدم كملاءة مالية لدعم العملة المحلية) المقارنة الحقيقية والشفافة هي مقارنة التغير في اسعار الذهب مع التغير في اسعار السندات السيادية الامريكية كون الاثنان لهما نفس الاستخدام في النظام المالي العالمي، وهو حفظ القيمة عبر الزمن وادوات مضادة للتضخم. ولكن من بعد وصول الفائدة للصفر في مارس ٢٠٢٠، والانطلاقة الصاروخية في اسعار الفائدة منذ ذلك الحين اسعار السندات انهارت بشكل كبير جدا بسبب ان سعر السند هو معكوس الفائدة ولكن اسعار الذهب لم تتأثر وهذه الظاهرة تحدث اليوم للمرة الاولى منذ عام ١٩٨٠ وهي بداية انهيار الدولار ، او بداية تحليق الذهب نحن اليوم في عصر يستحيل فيه تسعير الذهب بشكل حقيقي لأن كل الضوابط التي كانت في النظام المالي ، تم كسرها في مارس ٢٠٢٠ ونحن اليوم نعيش مرحلة جديدة من النظام لم نر مثلها من قبل هي ليست نهاية الدولار بعد ولكنها مرحلة تغييرات جذرية ، تتميز بالتضخم الخارج عن السيطرة في كل النظام المالي العالمي والذهب مجرد اداة لحفظ القيمة عبر الزمن ، مضادة للتضخم بسبب شح الكميات ، وكثرة الاحتكار ولكن ليس لها علاقة بال GDP العالمي على العكس تماما ما اذا تمت المقارنة مع ال GDP العالمي ، فأن الذهب مرتفع السعر نسبيا واخيرا العصر الذي نحن فيه اليوم هو عصر القمار حرفيا التضخم المنفلت الخارج عن السيطرة سيدفع بكل الاستثمارات للخسارة ولن يبقى اي استثمار ناجح سوى القمار (التجارة السريعة التي لا تستند لأي اساس اقتصادي صحي سليم)

According to stats Canada numbers, only 10% of Canadians in the GTA are making more than 120K/year The number drops to 5% at 150K and decimate at 200K Canada has a low income problem. the only solution is to reduce taxes so people get some boost on their disposable income, well that’s not gonna happen in Canada ever, because when the income tax jumped to 53.5% in 2015, the government knew; they are capped in terms of Income Tax, GST/HST There only option left, was Carbon Tax and Luxury tax. Luxury tax didn’t bring back a drop in the sea of debt, so they doubled down on Carbon tax. There’s no way, taxes would be lowered any time soon. with this broke government. The government initially thought that Canadian Universities are like the French or American Universities, people coming here to study and go back. Students were choosing Canadian universities as means of permanent immigration, they were paying the jacked up prices for the hope of getting Canadian passport few years later. That completely screwed up the government plan of sustaining the RE market through international students. Now Canada has only one of 2 options: 1- let RE market collapse and never recover in decades, which will create a problem now. 2- bring millions of international students then give then PRs and Citizenships which will create a problem few years later. So where are the Canadian tax loopholes? It’s in 3 areas.: 1- primary residence. (Like the casino example above, except the casino here is the big five banks), they need primary residence to remain tax free, so they can continue to pump the market. 2- Lottery and Casinos, now you know who owns those, like LCBO, it’s private but with exclusivity granted by the government. 3- flip the coin of the big five banks, what do you see on the other side? The Insurance industry, hence life insurance is tax free on death, but you can borrow against it while you’re still alive. Universal Life Insurance policy allows you to select and rotate your investments, then pull the proceeds in (Borrow-Die) fashion. My friend; Canada is one gigantic casino, disguised as a government. No one in his right mind (if he has wealth situated outside United States) will think about becoming tax slave for life to the IRS. Unless that someone is planning to move in with his entire wealth to the United States, to benefit from reduced corporate tax, GAAP tax loopholes, and other tax breaks available to income earned from domestic sources. But again; wealthy people look for diversification, and becoming tax person to the United States for life with no-escape, is not good diversification strategy. The current EB5 program priced at $800K is good for entrepreneurs and startups, who are willing to permanently move in US with their current wealth and future wealth. But $5 Million is targeting established entrepreneurs, those can’t move in completely with their existing businesses.
