The simplest carnitas is a pork butter placed in a slow cooker. Rub the pork butt with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano. Add onion, garlic, and any type of citrus(i personally squeeze 2 oranges). Cook for 8-10 hours. This is amazing because if you prepare the night before, and start the cooking before you leave for work, you get home to the most amazing smell with very little work.

This is the marinade: 1 orange, lime, and lemon juiced 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped 1 Jalapeño minced 4 cloves garlic minced 80 ml olive oil 30 ml apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt Pinch of black pepper This should provide marinade for roughly 1kg of beef. Let it soak in fridge overnight. In a pinch, you can let it soak at room temperature for an hour or two, but it tastes better the longer it soaks.

@risamaru24 That is a non-alcoholic wine, but it is not very good. Luminara is a non-alcoholic wine that tastes pretty good. They makes blends, as well as single vintage wines. There are others as well but that sticks in my mind.

Many "imprezombies" seem to be trying to showing off hobbies they enjoy and look to get people to their websites. I do not see this as a bad thing. In America, we call this the "grifter". They are influencers that just seek to manipulate people to give them money. MrBeast is the largest case of this, and many follow his example. No worries of that from me, I don't want followers 😁
