A long year comes to an end. Split 2 & 3 are done - we had some big highs: winning Split 2, finishing top 3 in Split 3, and making a Challengers run. But honestly, more than results, I’m just grateful for the players and staff I got to work with. A year full of ups and downs (like every team has in their own way) - we had challenges, even some beyond our control, we tried dealing with them, and maybe one day I’ll talk about some of them. For now, this is an appreciation post and a thank you to my boys. We fought through it all: countless workshops, theory, pracs, late-night 1on1s, late-night cooking, talks about the game and life… all the little things that make being a coach meaningful. @elemeNtL337 - from day one, easy to work with and always open, gave me the freedom to do my thing, had the right mindset, a true game changer in Valorant for sure. @Cizza02 - a true assistant coach in every sense of the word, fantastic mastery of the game, endless prep, deep talks, always finding ways to upgrade the team and players. @roxieFPS - true IGL and a leader on and off the server, big influence and someone without whom these results wouldn’t have happened. @Jadyleet - simply fantastic and kind, always ready to joke but also to show up, a force to be reckoned with on the server. @real_wackie - steady and supportive, a fantastic person who can ground the team when needed. @Anq015 - very big year for him, changing roles, always ready to adapt, learn, and show up. @HawksVLR - very big split for him, simply fantastic personality, high energy, definitely a player who can influence the team in the time of need. @Knacky_VLR - always there for us, helping with anything we needed and reminding us when it mattered, simply fantastic support. Honorable mentions from Split 2: @VeqajVLR & @JuskayVLR - you guys made my work enjoyable in every moment! Even if we ended the split on a bittersweet note, one game doesn’t define my year or change the fact that this year will stay close to my heart.
