How hard do you go in practice? In a cage? In the weightroom? I never saw this guy take a half speed/less than 100% swing in a cage. 6 AM and he's letting it fly-grunting! Never saw him run less than 100%! His level of determination was DIFFERENT! He had the eye of the tiger!
