@California292 @Maikkeruu Whoops, sorry for the slow reply. No, it's a simple if statement at the start of the give pet code, it's pretty much if you have rotten potato in your inventory, run the reward boss pet code.

@JagexDolan @Maikkeruu Going a little outside the box - Is it possible the potato itself has a bug (not guaranteeing this specific pet when it should)?

PSA: You have to tag the mega duck to have a chance at the mega ducklings pet.

@Maikkeruu I can't explain that unfortunately, but I can confirm, if you want to guarantee a roll without leaving it to chance that you might be considered for the drop. I would recommend tagging, even if it's just for sanity's sake. If you didn't need to tag, acc B would have got the drop

@JagexDolan We've had like hundreds of people get the pet in masses without tagging it at all though, someone even got it in the bathroom? Unless this is a recent change?

There might be a some inconsistency with players doing the boss over and over again where they are remembered for the next kill, thus giving the illusion that you do not need to tag. I would recommend tagging each time just to be certain.

How I tested this: - Changed bread required from <20 to <1 - Account B logged in at Mrs Duck before Mrs Duck was spawned - Both accounts had bpets_mega_duck_unlocked 0 - Account A lead Mr Duck all the way to Mrs Duck - Both accounts have rotten_potato which guarantees the bpet

@JagexDolan My account 'Satisfying' was banned on RS3 after trading my own account money. Both the gold, and the accounts are owned by me, only satisfying received the offense. It's been two years, please review this and see the mistake. I literally traded myself and got banned..
