Mr. Nick reaches out to designers, offers them outsourced client work, wants 'daily syncups' → When I refuse this model of working, Blocks me, tweets a screenshot of half the conversation and frames up a new story around it to gain engagement. Be it job/freelance; doing a daily syncup in this async world is the most useless thing. On RHS, is rest of the conversation, where I clearly mention "Slack/DM anytime" which he conveniently ignored. Even a full-time job won't ask for daily syncups, and they will pay more than what this guy offers anyway. Mr. Nick doesn't even care to crop out my name or blur it properly. I could see his updates in feed until today, when people started sending me his tweet and I realised he had blocked me. What a petty move! Such fragile ego. dEsIGn SuBsCriPtiOn AgEnCy
