yeah sex scene was so fucking hot and all, but can we talk about how qin's parents approached and accepted duang into their family? seeing how qin has changed because of him they even entrusted their son to duang. it's never been easy for queer people to be accepted. I was in tears the whole family scene. thank you for the representation of a healthy family acceptance for a queer relationship that to this day a lot still struggle to face.

actually, the scenes about all the flashbacks of qin already noticing duang in the past, noticing how duang is genuinely a good person and a ray of sunshine brought me into tears 🥺
since I've read the novel I've been eagerly waiting for this moment, I couldn't wait until qin's pov would have been explored and I'm not disappointed at all.
you can feel qin has always been curious in a positive way about duang, like he already knew duang would play an important part in his life someday. it also gives duang reassurance by telling him how he already landed his eyes on him before, it's like "I see you, I always have", reassuring him once again that this relationship is wanted and not one-sided at all.
destiny truly did its work and brought them together when qin was finally ready to let go of tiw and heal from him, duang has always been his healer from day 1 even when he didn't know it yet :(( ♡
