I was supposed to be 12 weeks pregnant today and generally that’s when you share your exciting news with everyone etc but unfortunately I had a loss 2 weeks ago so today has hit me hard. It’s tricky because people don’t tend to talk about pregnancy loss a lot and I’m anxious
