I have contemplated hard in the past couple of weeks seeking legal action against the Degen Toonz for fraud. There is a big difference when a child states what they are going to do and when a man does. It is evident to me, we had children out here making promises they couldn’t back up obviously it was lack of money or lack of connections, but they talked a big game that brought on hype and it was all a lie 🤥 I feel betrayed, defrauded. I am sure many others do as well. To add insult to injury, they had their so- called brainwashed tribesmen attack and call me a coward. So I was a coward to invest over $2.2M. ok... got it ...🤣 I believe it is time for these kids to answer to everyone out here as holders invested in their project believing in their road map and broken promises. This isn’t about me, this is about founders making promises, and they damn well knew they couldn’t follow through with. Out of respect to my partner @EthRobertlail (Prince's father). I am putting it out there and want to see them do everyone right out here by answering below. Countless amount of people have reached out demanding answers and I am sure there are many more. What happened with all these promises? How are they going to fix this? Here are some misleading fraudulent acts off the top of my head and if I missed anything please excuse me and share.
