Two key findings (for CRI and likely for other counties): 1.Decarbonization the transport sector requires investments that are compensated in time, bringing financial benefits 2. Benefits in health, reduced congestion and accidents multiply by six the benefits. Must read report.

The climate emergency is not a science issue obscured by politics, it's a political fight over how to respond to scientifically documented problems. You can't separate the politics from the crisis because the crisis is political to its very core.
