I have officially relapsed with self-harm after 454 days clean. I hardly even care... I feel so numb about it. What an awful week.

I’ve got zero support from my cmht for this depressive episode. I saw my psychiatrist last week and my nurse rang today for a 2minute phone call. Everyone around me agrees they arent supporting me at all. Now im second guessing myself, maybe this is it, is this all anyone gets?

@aoife_efioa1 Neglect is very common behaviour from mental health treams, sadly. They're incompetent and afraid to admit it. Try doing something that you *know* you enjoy. Pass the time for a while, and make your nervous system feel happy. You are likely more angry than you even realise.

Has anyone examples of ways they can help in a depressive episode? I think everything is influenced by my psychiatrist telling me last week they cant do anything else for me. Id love to know others experiences
