@TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube can you send me a private message so I can show you my channel link and you can expedite it?
English

@JakeAndery If you haven't heard back yet, this usually means your channel is being held for additional reviews. We know the urgency of getting this resolved. We'll try to get back to you as soon as we can, but in the meantime, check out this resource for more info: goo.gle/3RbXPx9

I applied to the YouTube Partner Program nearly 2 months ago.
My AdSense review alone took ~25 days, and my YPP application has now been under review for 35+ days with no decision yet.
This has been incredibly frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced such a long review time? Any insights would be appreciated.

How to manage 10 YouTube channels from one laptop:
- Use a separate Gmail for each channel.
- Create a separate browser profile for every channel.
- Keep each channel focused on a different niche and audience.
- Don’t reuse the same videos, scripts, or thumbnails.
- Keep logins consistent and avoid frequent location changes.
- Give team members channel access instead of passwords.
- Build one working system before scaling all 10 channels.
- Focus on original content, security, and YouTube policies.
You don’t need 10 laptops, you need one clean system.

How to run 5 YouTube channels from a single laptop without getting flagged:
-one aged Gmail per channel, never share accounts across niches
-one residential proxy per channel (static IP, not rotating VPN)
-separate browser profile per channel (or a separate device if you can afford it)
-separate AdSense for any high risk niche

@PhedEU Do you think Scheduling so many videos give less impressions?
English

@JakeAndery Couldn't agree more. YouTube analytics are just a mirror of real-world human behavior. When global events hit, demand shifts instantly - sending some niches straight to zero while making others explode. Huge factor most creators overlook
English

External events can kill a niche👇
One of my YouTube channels was built around Dubai travel—things to do, places to visit, and travel guides.
For months, it had consistent search traffic and predictable revenue.
Then the Iran–U.S./regional conflict escalated.
Almost overnight, people stopped searching for Dubai-related travel content. The screenshot says it all—the graph flattened immediately.(28 Feb, 2026)
Demand disappeared.
That’s something many creators underestimate. Real-world events can kill search interest overnight, no matter how good your SEO or content is.
Another reminder that geopolitics doesn’t just move stock markets—it can move YouTube analytics too.

@blakefakhoury Can you show a reference channel? May be your competitor?
English

@1of10media Yes but this format is dead now. Bring something new for the audience

This ideation method feels like cheating...
Generally it's great to look at recent outliers
You take what works and apply that to your own niche with your own angle, your own unfair advantages, etc
But here's something super interesting..
Sometimes you can look at older outliers from years ago and create entire channels around them
Over the last few years people have genuinely made millions taking this one video from 9 years ago and just remaking it
Why It Sucked to Be a Pirate - 19M views
Now with today's tools, better packaging, better storytelling, etc:
Why it Sucks to be Born as a Wild Horse - 5.3M
Why it Sucks to be Born as a Narwhal - 2.6M
The thing is.. this is evergreen
People were interested in this 9 years ago and they're still interested in this today
So older outliers can also super interesting for data validation on whether it's worth creating a video around a concept

@whizz_xD It’s very important as competitors can make your channel dead

Someone is going to come tomorrow and tell you they can help you reduce the tax YouTube charges you, and I'm happy to tell you that you're about to learn a very valuable lesson.
Shift your focus away from the tax and focus on what actually lands in your bank account. There's nothing you can do about it.

Actually, I’ve got a new faceless YouTube channel hack for creating doctor channels at scale!
Never get banned from YouTube again with this new method:
1. study to get to top 1% of country’s students to get into med school
2. do just a few thousand of hours of medical studies, 5 years minimum.
it’s only a few thousand hours before you can start your faceless channels
3. pass exams, graduate, get your new medical license
4. profit $$$$, from all the verified YouTube channels you’ll be able to run with your sick new medical degree and license
5. too bad all that faceless channel profit is now used to pay off medical school debt
Subscribr@SubscribrAI
YouTube is banning every fake AI doctor on the platform. The wave hit hard this week. AI health channels are getting demonetized in bulk. The policy language is explicit. Any AI persona giving credentialed advice on health, legal issues, finance, or politics is on the chopping block.
