@NitroFooty It’s so bad. I’ve spoken to people this has happened to previously & they retrieved their content back within 24-48 hours of speaking to EAHelp so honestly don’t understand. Zero interest to keep on playing because of this

Update from the banned account! After 20 days of waiting, the appeal was randomly "closed". I did not even get an email of this updating. I just thought I'd check today, and that's what it said. I wasn't denied or rejected. EA just closed the case like it didn't exist. I did not get a real human to speak to, or any response at all. It was labeled a "warning" but that account still has no access to the transfer market. No one even looked at the case. I will completely start over to see if I ever get a response or even a human that can give me an explanation on the wrongful ban. Continuing to document everything. I'll keep you updated.
