GAA Congress has voted narrowly to prevent goalkeepers from receiving a pass back from a colleague directly from a kick-out. That slipped in and will take some adjustment.

Helmet modification is not the only concern. @MycroSportsgear faceguard bars are not adequately welded and i've seen many images of bars piercing through skin as a result. Are the GAA going to wait until this happens in an IC game to take action?
