@gareth_grier I did a study on this back when I was an A-Level student. Measured massive increases in confidence scores in all pupils aged 7-18 having taken part in a CPR teaching session. Delivered sessions to every pupil in the school across 1 week. Needs to be done everywhere!

It would be good if we stopped the seemingly endless studies of adrenaline during CPR. Put all the energy into teaching kids CPR in school instead. #flogging #dead #horse

Hugely happy day for me today having been discharged from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! I was in a really low place when I started, but I can honestly say I now feel like a different person! Accessing MH treatment is nothing to be ashamed of, and I’m proud of the journey I’m on!
