Anything worth having is worth building and compounding the benefits over a long period of time… Relationships, businesses, partnerships, health, communities, portfolios.. you name it. A mentor once told me this: Fall in love with feeling like a work in progress. Resist the urge to look polished. You don’t need to pretend you have it all figured out. Nobody does. Embrace your unfinished form. Just commit to getting a better each day and trust where it leads.

Everything is a skill issue

My life got a lot better when I viewed every problem as a skill issue. Out of shape? Skill issue. Ugly bank account? Skill issue. Anxious thoughts? Skill issue. I affirmed to myself these would go away if I got better. And magically, they did, once “I” did.
