@michaelaye there's definitely something up with it 'cause it didn't line up with published changeover times. It will be tricky to troubleshoot though; it is not just checking the date, it actually does all the math based on the published papers (basically this: giss.nasa.gov/tools/mars24/h…)

@KenKirtland17 Cool analysis - only thing is that the $2.8B paid probably also includes the extra payments Boeing got those couple of times. So the $1.4B remaining is probably higher by a few hundo mils. Either way, you're right in that if this capsule can't come home safe, they're in trouble.

My thoughts on if the Starliner program will continue in the event NASA selects to bring astronauts home not on Starliner 🧵: To the best of my ability I find that Boeing has been paid ~$2.8B for their CCP contract. The full contract value is $4.2B. 1/6
