Is this account even being monitored? Missed 10 minutes of the game so far and no one has bothered to respond either on the email or this account which what you're asked to contact if you have issues #lofc

@LOFCLive I've purchased a subscription for today's game, but it just tells me I need to upgrade my subscription on the matches page. What's going on? #LOFC
