Highlights from today’s camp session! Athletes warmed up testing their vertical with jump mat Coach Chris teaching mini hurdle runs Finished with hurdle push relays races!

Couple highlights from camp today! Coach Finley demonstrated upper body strength exercises using hurdles. Finished with some relay races out on the turf as the rain started coming down. Kids had fun!
