YES. I run Defender antivirus suite as the SME, and assist security consults with partners. This is fantastic and goes beyond documentation in explaining it. Your AV admin really should watch this for 13 minutes it's worth time better than just reading a blog. Great job @rucam365

Most people who don’t live in the mountains or near a lake go with an infrared unit. I’m not against them but I prefer more traditional electric stoves (& pouring water on rocks to get humidity just right). I really wanted a mobile sauna but the cheapest I could find was outside my price range ($16K base plus extras to customize). If you want suggestions on that, I can provide. But if you want something more reasonable, for 2 people, you’re either looking at an infrared ($2-3k) or something closer to what I have where they range from $4k-8k depending on wood type, size, stove choice, optional roofing shingles (and then there’s the electrical work you likely need to have done to accommodate it). I searched high and low and ended up with Redwood Outdoors. The guys I know who do more high end stuff just couldn’t get me a good enough deal on a prebuilt sauna, so I had to build this thing myself. Took months to get here. It’s a process. Anyway, I can send you more info back-channel if you want. There are great websites for providing instructions on how to build your own if you’re interested.

Every night should end with a sauna. It’s been years since I’ve been to my local YMCA. Now I don’t have to share my sauna with others who want talk therapy while they’re sitting butt naked, picking at their feet and staring at their skin imperfections. ☘️ Solitude Sesh #2024-02
