Issue not resolved and dealing Microsoft support was an awful experience. They refused to communicate by email and insisted on talking on phone. Each time having to "reschedule". Finally caught the call and it was just to tell us they can't find our account and closed the issue.

We finally got kernel signing last year after many escalations. But after hearing the horror stories from @OSRDrivers and VeraCrypt we went to check on our account... and it's gone. We literally cannot login into Partner portal to file a support request. Can someone help?

For context we need kernel signing for developing GPU drivers for virtualization. We have passed all the identity verification and have an EV certificate. We were able to sign one release of the drivers last year. But now our account is gone. No emails from Microsoft or anything.

For months now we have been trying to get Microsoft Partner access to sign kernel drivers to improve GPU support for UTM. We have met all of Microsoft's requirements and have an EV certificate but our support ticket is 3-months old. If you have contacts in Microsoft, please DM us

@mecoscorner You can always set the renderer to 120 FPS but the guest application may not be fast enough to draw that fast.
