He noted that while senior leadership quickly grasped the need for zero trust, convincing end users—who are accustomed to traditional access privileges—remains a significant challenge. “It’s not going to stop,” Cherukuri said, stressing that zero trust is a continuous process that evolves with technology. His approach focuses on meeting users where they are, understanding their business needs, and integrating security in a way that enhances rather than obstructs productivity.
