The Browns moving back the exercise dates of Myles Garrett's option bonuses freed up zero cap space. The bonuses are already prorated over 5 years for cap purposes, and would remain that way if/when exercised. The move does however keep all "options" on the table.

I don’t disagree that the #Eagles should go OL in the first round; however, we’ve seen multiple times in the past that when this team drafts for need, it can bite them. Obviously, it depends on how the board falls, but if the best player available is an OL at 23, then sure. They shouldn’t pass on a more talented player at another position if they are still on the board.

Drafting OL in the first round is 100% the route the Eagles should take - The Cowboys drafted Tyler Booker…They went on to have one of the most explosive offenses in the league. - The Seahawks drafted Grey Zabel… They went on to win the Super Bowl. You rarely lose when you invest in the trenches.
