Vitello without quite saying it this bluntly is pretty clear that Eldridge mostly will come off the bench with Devers the primary 1B and Schmitt the team’s most productive hitter all year. He will made some starts here and there, but most of his ABs will be pinch hitting spots.

@PatHuntJr @SetupManKyle I think the way to improve the drill is to have the guy behind the one in it drop the ball to a random spot so the guy doing the rep actually has to find it like he would during a game. Otherwise, great drill and zero chance of getting hurt which is good lol
