@sayumilktea I would say it should apply to most VTubers/content creators since the way I wrote it focuses on the practical side of things. It doesn't really contain or require you to understand specific laws from different countries to be ethical/legal in making content/be a VTuber.

And about the "opt-out" setting to disallow training AI models made by xAI, refer to their About Grok webpage. help.x.com/en/using-x/abo… "..opt-out does not prevent a deployed model from learning as a result of its normal use." So about that new "Edit Image" feature... 2/2

I just quickly went through the agreement, not much has changed except to add terms related to Grok. Nevertheless, if you wish to continue to think the TOS is fair in relation to how much you give up on your IP rights (which I absolutely don't), is your freedom. 1/2
