Had to say this.!! Been travelling the Rajahmundry Airport to Kakinada route for the last 7.5 years. This time, the journey was surprisingly smooth. I couldn’t stop telling my in-laws how happy I was about the drive… with barely a few bumps on the road. This stretch used to be so bad that the journey itself would feel nauseous. We would often avoid travelling by air only bcos we dreaded this road. Last travelled on this route in May 2024, just after the elections, when the road was filled with huge craters.
