For the “Jamaica doesn’t have enough garbage bins, that’s why Jamaicans litter so much” crowd: let’s use Devon House as an example. On any given day, on either of the two lawns, there’s garbage all over, especially plastic bottles, as you’ll see in the photos. I’ve personally seen people eat or drink and just casually leave their garbage in the same spot. As I’ve mentioned before, the people who litter don’t do so because of a lack of garbage bins. It’s a bigger problem. Adding more garbage bins wouldn’t stop the people who litter. They’d litter anyway.

Some people are AGENTS OF CHAOS. They’ll enter a room where things are going seamlessly, they’ll make inputs in a convo, touch a project etc where all was well and just create unnecessary confusion and upset Sadly, they don’t even realize it. It’s just how they operate. Oof!
